How we work together

Your sessions can be traditional (online or face-to-face) or walking coaching sessions. I'm trained as a Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness coach, which means I can offer you practical tools to handle life's challenges with less stress and a more positive mindset – in just 7 weeks. You can also add Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to your package.

Sometimes the best thinking happens when you’re moving. Walking sessions help you boost your energy, get grounded, and see things from a fresh angle.

We meet face-to-face, outdoors – either at a place of your choice in St Albans and Hertfordshire, or somewhere I suggest.

– Take the assessment (5–7 minutes, free). You’ll get your results immediately, then we’ll book a free 45-minute session to go through them together.

The MBTI helps you understand your preferences and behaviours – why you do what you do, and how you can adapt to work more effectively with others.

The process:
– Complete the questionnaire (it’s quick)
– We discuss your results in a 1.5-hour feedback session

You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your personal type, your preferences, and how to use that knowledge in your life and work.

MBTI is brilliant for building self-awareness and provides rich material for coaching sessions.

It depends entirely on what you want to achieve – where you are now and where you want to be. I offer packages of 7, 10, or 15 sessions, but I’m flexible and can adapt based on your needs and situation.
